Maintenance Manager in Franklin, VA

* Background with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Pillars - Autonomous and Effective Maintenance in a process environment is preferred.- Background setting business targets to drive and sustain continuous loss reductions is required.- Proven ability proactively leading and coaching teams to solve problems, utilizing automatic line monitoring and other reliability improvement processes.- Must have background managing PM (preventative maintenance) practices.- Background with shop floor / details systems (i.e. PC, PLC, and/or Robotics) are preferred.- Great communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.- Proven work history coaching, mentoring, and motivating and managing employees'' skills development.- Current expertise of Analytical Process Mapping is preferred.- Must be proficient in Ms word and Microsoft excel with the expertise to learn other applications related to the job.- Must have applied working expertise of time, condition and predictive based maintenance processes.Type
